A governorship candidate in Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, casts his ballot in company with his wife, Omini, at Ward 011 Unit 001 Abayomi, Iwo Road in Ibadan North East LGA.
He commended the exercise but said there are reports of ballot box snatching in some parts of the state.
This has always been the issue in the voting system in Nigeria.
