Ethiopian athlete, Sintayehu Legese has won the 2019 Lagos City Marathon and will smile home with the 50 thousand dollars grand prize.
Legese finished the race with a time of 2:17:26 while Kenya’s Joshua Kipkorir came second. The second and third place runners are expected to go home with $40,000 and $30,000 respectively.
