Two Young Boys Nabbed Stealing Female Underwear In Delta

Two young boy have been arrested with many female underwear in Umutu, Delta State.

The duo where apprehended, today, with about 10 female underwear. The last set they stole were those of the young girl pictured with them.

The suspects were paraded in public before they were handed over to the security operatives in the area.
