Men Who Stole Goats Nabbed By Owner While Trying To Sell Them In A Market

Two young men were paraded for allegedly stealing goats in Eziagulu village, Ekwulobia, area of Anambra state. The suspects, one Mr Ifedichukwu Iloduba from Eziagulu village, Ekwulobia and Chika Umeakunne from Umudim Nnewi, allegedly stole a pregnant goat from one woman and came back on a second mission to steal again.

This time they allegedly stole two small goats on Tuesday and went to the market to sell it, before they were caught by the woman, who raised alarm that attracted the village’s vigilante.

The two thieves were paraded early this morning in Ekwulobia.

One of the suspects reportedly fainted along the way.

Speaking after the parade, the Chief security officer of Eziagulu village, Comrade Zikora Eze , warned criminal elements to stay away from the village, or suffer the kind of disgrace meted out to the two goat thieves today.
