Nigerian celebrities and other persons have taken to social media to protest the recent killings in a new way.
Nigerians are fed up with the recent killings around the country including Plateau, Benue, Nasarawa and other places, and have risen up to protest in a unique way.
Some celebrities and other Nigerians took to their Instagram and Twitter pages to share photos of themselves covered up in blood to show solidarity with the families of those killed and also send a strong message to the government to move faster in securing lives.
The movement has become quite strong on social media with the hashtag, #BloodOnTheFlag.
Celebrities like Frank Donga, Baaj Adebule, Ufuoma McDermott, Deyemi Okanlawon and even BBNaijs star, Ifu Ennada have all joined the movement.
