Group Drops Suit Against Buhari After Declaring To Re-contest In 2019 Election

The Leadership of (DYC) Democratic Youth Congress for Buhari 2019 have finally strike out their case suit against President Buhari to re-contest the 2019 election from court.

The group under the leadership of Hon. Kassim Muhammad Kassim , Member, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, today, dragged President Muhammadu Buhari to the Federal High Court, Abuja, for his inability to meet up with the deadline given to him to publicly declare to seek re-election in 2019.

According to Kassim, they had no option but to call on the President to answer the clarion call of millions of Nigerians, both home and in the diaspora, to continue the fight against corruption beyond 2019.
