Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel today paid a condolence visit to the family of the boy who drowned a few days ago during a heavy downpour at Akwaefak, Nsikak Eduok Avenue, Uyo.
The governor who arrived with his entourage – condoled with the family for their great loss.
This is purely an accident and deeply sympathize with the deceased family.
I have had a discussion with Julius Berger and instructed them to forthwith barricade all construction sites within the State to forestall a recurrence of ugly incidences like this,” – governor Udom while addressing the press at the compound of the deceased
