Once a landscape of beauty and adoring scenery, the city of Lagos has gone from beauty to beast. From a city with a properly run waste management operation to now a city where no one knows exactly what’s going on and how the waste is being managed.
Filth littering the centre of excellence is not what residents of the state would think is a thing to experience again as the state has moved from once being the most dirty state in the country to one of the cleanest but alas, the current reality is that the state has taken a reverse back to the old age.
The eyesore is what has made made Lagos resident and Nollywood powerhouse Kate Henshaw question the current state of affairs as regards waste management.
