A 500 level UNIBEN student, Adams reportedly committed suicide on Thursday afternoon.
It was said that he suffered from Bi-polar disorder and battled depression, although he had been on drugs for a long period of time.
He finished washing his clothes, plugged his phone to charge, then locked his door and hanged himself.
It took the effort of his sister and his fellow classmates to break the door where they found his lifeless body hanging.
He was on a 1st class as at the time of his death
